| Leadership Lunch Series 2009 |
This new six week series is modeled after the MBA class
offered to students at DeSales University. Each weekly seminar will focus on one
of the 6 Gates Leadership topics and will feature a speaker who will share their
strategies for success. Our next session is the Fall session, which begins September 23 and
runs through October 28. Sessions are held on Wednesdays from 12-2:00pm.
The seminar topics are:

- Building a Culture of Ownership
- The Power of Empowerment
- Improving Your Organization Everyday
- Everyone as an Entrepreneur
- Bringing Mission to Life
